Picture Books to Spark Inquiry in STEAM Education

Picture books are gateways to topics that engage readers of all ages – they use text and illustrations to both show and tell readers about topics that are sometimes intellectually and emotionally challenging. In this webevent, Judy Halpern from LSF will share titles that promote understanding and action in STEAM and climate change education.  She will also discuss how, using an inquiry-based approach, we can use the different features of a picture book to promote subjects.
