Tech-Tastic Teaching Tip

Voice recording and podcast software are easy to use and accessible on most devices. Try encouraging students to record their responses to prompts as an alternative to writing. This approach ensures every student’s voice is heard, especially those less likely to speak up in class, and allows you to engage with their insights more deeply. AI Integration Inspiration :

  • Historical Analysis: Teachers can use AI image generators to represent historical events visually. Students can evaluate the accuracy of the images by analyzing perspectives and potential misrepresentations and suggest ways the image could be improved.
  • Historical Dialogues: Teachers could generate fictitious dialogues between historical figures. The class could then discuss the accuracy of the narratives.
  • Resource Management & Urban Planning: After learning about predictive and AI tools, students can discuss how these may impact sustainable city planning, natural resource management and more.
  • Check out the French LESs by RÉCIT Univers Social for secondary students.
